Our first unboxing!
June 15, 2009
Hi All,
Well, after a few months of racking up completely free Amazon gift cards we decided to cash some in and make our first Amazon order.
Our books arrived Thursday and here is our first unboxing.
Remember, we got all these books free just for using the Swagbucks.com search engine. No answering surveys. No clicking on adds. No completing ‘offers’. No need to purchase anything (even shipping is free) and no need to supply a credit card.
If this isn’t enough to get you clambering for a Swagbucks.com account maybe you’ll be persuaded by the following facts:
- We achieved this doing what we would have done anyway. Namely searching and social interacting.
- We have not received one piece of junk mail due to joining Swagbucks.com.
- We love Swag Bucks so dang much that we made this whole blog just to shout it from the rooftops and to help others increase their rewards, find Swag Codes and just plain share the love.
So if you’d like to start earning real world prizes and gift certificates by doing exactly what you currently do every day sign up with our super special love-filled link
► WLSB super special love-filled link ◄
and start off with 3 free Swag Bucks.
Have fun!

For those of you who may be interested, the five books are:
1) Dead and Gone by Charlaine Harris
This is the latest of the Sookie Stackhouse novels which are the basis of the HBO show TRUE BLOOD (season two of which begins tonight!)
2) The Courtyard by Alan Moore & Jacen Burrows
A Lovecraftian tale by one of the greatest comic book authors of all time
3) Dark Tower: Book III: Treachery by Jae Lee, Robin Furth & Peter David
The first two books were amazing. Jae Lee’s art is simply stunning.
4) The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Volume 3 by Alan Moore and Kevin O’Neill
Another favourite series and another by Alan Moore.
5) El Borbah by Charles Burns
One of my favourite comic book creators, Charles Burns delivers the eeriest, most disturbing can’t-stand-to-watch, can’t-look-away type stories I’ve ever read. My nightmares look like this.

Do you have any special tips or tricks for accumulating so many Swagbucks? I search regularly on the site, pick up the announced Swagcodes whenever I can catch the announcement quick enough, submit polls, etc. but continue to amass a (generous) average of 3 Swagbucks per day. Haven’t gotten anyone to join under me yet, either. Is that the true secret to Swag success?

Hi Scott,
The best way to earn Swag Bucks is definitely through your referrals.
To give you an idea, here is how our Swag Bucks break down.
Since we started we’ve gotten:
347 through searching
92 through Swag Codes
1675 through our friends
The thing about referrals is that it can be hard work to get people to sign up to be your ‘friend’.
But don’t fret. My advice to you is to be patient for the first few weeks while your Swag Bucks add up. Once you have enough Swag Bucks, redeem them for a prize you would like (an Amazon gift card is a good one which is not too expensive).
Now you have some proof that Swag Bucks works for you. You can show your friends and your family the prize you got for doing absolutely nothing. When you tell them that there is also no answering surveys, no clicking on adds, no completing ‘offers’, no need to purchase anything (even shipping is free), no email spam, no viruses, and no need to supply a credit card… well everyone will want to get in on the Swag Bucks action.
Once they’re convinced, just give them your referral link and you’ll start winning more and more Swag Bucks, not to mention the fact that you’ll have some pretty thankful buddies.
