We’re speechless!

omgFor the second time the good folks at Swagbucks.com have given us a thumbs up by recommending We Love Swag Bucks to all the Swaggernauts out there.

The Swag Guy’s latest blog post, titled ‘Awesome User-Made Tutorial to Check Out!‘ (blush) suggests that users looking for some additional tips, hints and help will find it right here at WLSB.

Well shucks!

After our Swag Code 101 tutorial was featured on the Swagbucks.com home page, we saw our readership shoot through the roof.  Unfortunately, this was the catalyst that lead to the original blog being deleted right out from under us :( .  After a few around the clock days (see What just happened?) we made our way to our current, permanent home at www.we-love-swag-bucks.com.

We’ve been feeling a little down about the fact that we’ve been unable to effectively let all those people know where we went.  Now The Swag Guy (as he often does) swoops in to the rescue.  Thanks Swag Guy!

The simple truth is that we truly do love Swag Bucks and want the whole world to know how easy, rewarding, and fun it is.  We’re pleased as punch that the fantastic crew at Swagbucks.com enjoys our little labour of love.  We owe it all to them after all.

So if you lost us, welcome back!  If you’re new, we’re glad to have you.  Enjoy your stay and come back often and don’t hesitate to let us know what you think…

… and keep spreading the love.

Just missed one

swaghuntHi All,

Just to let you know that we aren’t asleep at the wheel, a quick-to-expire Swag Code Hunt was just announced on the most recent Swag Bucks Facebook Discussion.  It was good for 250 people and it went very fast.

These quick codes present a challenge for us at WLSB.

When we find a code has been announced, we make sure we find it, that it is still valid, then we formulate hints, copy links, and write up the post and tweet to get the word out to all of you.

With a 5 minute code we just can’t be fast enough :( .  So what’s your opinion?  Should we let you know one just slipped by or is the news too heart breaking?

At any rate, we situate ourselves to be ready for the next code.  As we’ve said before, there are only two types of Swag Time: times when there is an active Swag Code, and times when there is a Swag Code just around the corner.

An updated YouTube video

Hi All,

We thought it was about time to update our YouTube video to detail how much we’ve won in the last few months.

So far YouTube is not working great for us but we really haven’t been promoting it.  We have heard great success stories about people using YouTube to promote their Swag bucks referral link.  If you have a success story or any tips you’d like to share with us and the rest of the Swaggernauts out there, please leave a comment.

Proof (Early June edition)

Hi All…

Now that we’re back with a brand new domain, we’re catching up on some of our regular features.  Here is our latest Proof post to show everyone how Swag Bucks is working for us.  We’ve made this a regular feature, posting updates in the middle and end of each month.

For those of you who are on the fence about Swag Bucks, this is for you.

We know we talk a lot about how rewarding, easy and fun Swag Bucks is but the proof is in the pudding.

Here is a screenshot of our account as of today, June 2, 2009, showing how many Swag Bucks we have and how many we have traded in for our gift certificates (click image for full size).   These images are getting big!

click for full size

If you click on the image above for a full sized version you can see that since we started in January 2009, we have redeemed enough Swag Bucks to receive 33 $5 Amazon Gift Cards and we currently have enough points for 4 more.  Before you get your calculators out, that’s $185 worth of free books (or whatever else you fancy at Amazon.com).

If this isn’t enough to get you clambering for a Swagbucks.com account maybe you’ll be persuaded by the following facts:

  • We achieved this doing what we would have done anyway.  Namely searching and social interacting.
  • We have not received one piece of junk mail due to joining Swagbucks.com
  • We love Swag Bucks so dang much that we made this whole blog just to shout it from the rooftops and to help others increase their rewards, find Swag Codes and just plain share the love.

So if you’d like to start earning real world prizes and gift certificates by doing exactly what you currently do every day sign up with our super special love-filled link

WLSB super special love-filled link

and start off with 3 Swag Bucks.

Have fun!
