OK, I’m not into math probability, but here’s my take on this. I believe it is a marketing scheme. Now that Swagbucks is 2 years old and has a huge following, is it possible that they need to slow down? Have they found that advertising and funding cannot keep up with the distribution of Swagbucks? Wow, so suddenly a single swagbuck is worth TEN now, and everybody is excited! They are trying to give the impression that they are amping up the rewards, but wait and see. Those awards in the new increments of 10 are going to come a lot slower, but they hope we don’t notice because it’s a lot more than than old reward. (NOT!)

It may have to do with where you are searching from. I have found that I do much better searching from home with my static IP then from work. I am guessing that your IP works into their algorithm as to when to award. With many people at my work on the SB and the same network I rarely win, ever, when searching on the work network. Can’t prove this, but I have collected a lot of circumstantial evidence.

We’ve read that as well Daniel. In the same paragraph Swag Bucks states that we should see prizes more often. Traditionally we’ve all been getting rewarded a maximum of 3 or 4 times per day. Things could even out or even prove better if the frequency of wins increases. Again, only time will tell.
