Any ideas on whether they have a feedback form as opposed to a general bug/glitch/problem form?

Twice now, in as many days, I’ve gotten halfway or 2/3 of the way through one of the surveys when it suddenly boots me off and say they’ve gotten the required number of responses or they don’t need more info from my demographic.
Basically, it seems like we’re being cheated — the survey companies get the research they need but SB doesn’t have to shell out to us.

I have a question. I used to get swag bucks from searches. Since they changed the format for the anniversary, I am no longer getting any for searching. There will be a blank spot where the swagbucks used to come up, but nothing is there. What can I do to fix the problem. I have emailed them several times but to no help. I need my Swagbucks! Please help.

We did a lot of things. We offered our advice everywhere people were asking about Swag Bucks, and we included our referral link. Our best advice is to be active in the Swag Bucks community, and throw your referral link in there (subtly, nobody wants it crammed down their throats), help others out, pass on what you learn, and be friendly. The referrals will come.

I’ve barely made an account at swagbucks and don’t know how to earn swagbucks. it says to search stuff and i do using it but how do you know when your earning bucks or not? its totally confusing.
